Torched My Body in 49 Minutes
I really didn’t want to work out yesterday. I was sore. I felt sorta’ tired and just not into it. But I remained committed to my goals and did Beginner Bodyweight Workout B and Beginner Interval Training B. Once again the toughest exercises were Split Squats and Bicycle Crunches, though I’m getting better at both. Making faster progress with the legs than abs. I also finished off the workout with some stretching.
I felt revivied both mentally and physically afterwards, though even more sore. I’m redeveloping the mindset I had when I lifted weights regular that muscle soreness is a good thing. A good shower and some good food helped last night. I’m still sore today, but it’s a good soreness. You can check out the specifics over on the TT Forum in the workout journals thread. Look for charleshb’s workout journal. It’s amazing how a simple routine of bodyweight exercises and intervals on a stationary bike can completely torch my body. Give it a try for yourself if you don’t believe it!
