Totally Thrased in 51 Minutes
I won’t go into the details of this workout. They are pretty much the same as the details of the workout I posted in Escaping Couch Potato Land but I did more bicycle crunches with much better form. In fact I did 3*18,18,16. Those and the split squats continue to be the most challenging exercises. In addition to the bodyweight exercises I did Beginner’s Interval workout B and finished up with a series of static stretches.
This is my second workout of the week. I’m a day behind schedule, but that’s okay as long as I get in my three workouts for the week and stay active the other days. I feel I’m making great progress for the Transformation Contest. I meant to take more pictures and measurements today but I’ll take them tomorrow instead.
