I Melted Off 10 Pounds

with 7 comments

I melted off 10 pounds from my highest recorded body weight of 265! I weigh 255! I was 262 when I officially started this blog. When I weighed in for the Transformation Contest last week on 2 January 2009 I was 260, so I lost 5 pounds in 9 days. That’s not as much as the top folks on The Biggest Loser, but it’s still a good weight loss.

Some of the big differences between me and them are they were working out 2+ hours a day and probably following very regimented diets. They were also removed from their normal enviroments and had personal trainers right there with them. I on the other other hand worked out hard just 3 days a week and got in at least 30 minutes of walking or other light exercise on my “off” days. I didn’t have a personal trainer but I did have the TTMembers fourm. These are just a few of  the benefits of using Turbulence Training and Eat Stop Eat! I have also gotten great support from the readers of this blog!

I feel better already. My clothes are fitting better. I’m back to using the last hole, in other words the tightest fit, in the belt I’m wearing. It’s not loose like it used to be, but that is coming. I feel myself moving more freely and with higher energy. It is so good to be working out again and moving towards a healthier, fitter, lighter body. Stay tuned for further success stories!
