Super Effective Workout in Less Than 1 Hour

Is it possible to get an effective workout in less than one hour? Absolutely. I did the Turbulence Training Beginner Bodyweight Workout A again last night along with the Beginner Interval Workout A. I also did static stretching at the end. I was done with everything in about 51 minutes. My body was thoroughly fatigued. How is this possible? By using non-competing supersets for large muscle groups, rest intervals of 30 secs between supersets, and pushing really hard on the intervals. This is the way I have lost 9 pounds in five weeks, 5 pounds in the last 10 days. Oh, Eat Stop Eat definitely had something to do with the weight loss, too.
